As a pioneer in the fitness revolution that began in the late 1970s, Paula has continually been at the forefront of fitness innovation. With a dancer background, Paula embraced dance aerobics, was an A.C.E training instructor during the step introduction, and has taught prenatal, postpartum, seniors and children. Now focusing on Yoga and Pilates, Paula encourages the best from her students and develops customized programs and methods that suit each individual student.
